    PCSI develops certification standards and assessment frameworks. Exam delivery, proctoring, and scoring are administered through independent testing platforms to protect assessment integrity.

    This is the governance and transparency layer of the PCSI certification system. Certification standards, lifecycle status, and development activities are managed here, while exam delivery and proctoring are administered through independent assessment delivery partners such as Meazure Learning.
